Core Responsibilities:
- Understand the Customer's business Requirements from Pre-Sales Stage Calls, Emails, Analysis or Research.
- Convert the Business Requirement of the Customer to the Design/Technology Development.
- Fully Accountable for the Technical Consultancy during the Pre-Sales Stage.
- Report to the Management on a weekly basis.
- Support the Sales Manager to close the deal.
- Handover the Scope of Work, Timeline, Work Hours etc. agreed with the Customer during the Pre-Sales Stage to the Project Team.
- Ensure Locking the Scope of Work, Timeline, Work Hours etc. with the Customer taking leading roles and aligning all internal stakeholders.
Core Requirements:
- Minimum Year of Experience: 2 Years.
- Proven Experience in Customer Meetings for UI/UX Design in Mobile Applications, Websites, SaaS, and Software Interface.
- Directly support the sales team to close the deal.
- Support the sales team in proposal-making & pricing for the customer.
- Prior Design Experience or Design Project Manager or Design Product Manager Experience is a must.
- Flexible Work Hour is Mandatory to meet customers' expectations.
- Fostering strong customer relationships.
Essential Requirement:
- Applicants must be open to working night shifts (North American Time) as part of their regular schedule. The night shifts will be scheduled on a rotating basis.
- Must be open to accept the fixed and variable compensation package.
- The applicant should have General knowledge of IT services and marketplaces.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI design, and development processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in data analysis, wireframing, and user journey mapping.
