About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst & Product Manager to lead digital transformation across our WealthTech and Fintech platforms , including other advisory modules. The role combines strategic business analysis with hands-on product ownership , driving innovation across wealth management, PMS, AIF, and mutual fund solutions.


Responsibilities:

1. Product Development & Strategy

  • Lead ideation, scoping, and execution of digital products across Chatur.AI , advisory, and equity platforms.
  • Define and prioritize product features aligned with business goals and customer needs .
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive UI/UX strategy and oversee client-facing digital experiences.
  • Qualifications


2. Business Analysis & Documentation

  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) , Functional Specifications (FSDs) , and User Stories for Agile projects.
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements through design, development, and testing.
  • Translate business objectives into technical and functional deliverables .


3. Project Management & Technical Coordination

  • Manage project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies — including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Coordinate between tech, design, QA, and business teams for smooth execution.
  • Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners for system integration.


4. Testing & UAT Oversight

  • Design and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QA cycles .
  • Develop and manage test cases , defect logs , and bug-tracking workflows using tools like JIRA and HP ALM .
  • Ensure product quality and compliance before go-live.


5. Stakeholder & Cross-SBU Collaboration

  • Partner with vertical heads across Wealth, Advisory, and Research divisions.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
  • Manage communication with leadership and ensure strategic visibility of digital initiatives.
  • Ensure products comply with SEBI guidelines and other financial regulations.


6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation and workflow optimization .
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate digital solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories using Confluence or similar tools.
