About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic
Business Analyst & Product Manager
to lead digital transformation across our
WealthTech and Fintech platforms
, including other advisory modules. The role combines
strategic business analysis
with
hands-on product ownership
, driving innovation across wealth management, PMS, AIF, and mutual fund solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Development & Strategy
-
Lead ideation, scoping, and execution of digital products across
Chatur.AI
, advisory, and equity platforms.

Define and prioritize product features aligned with
business goals
and
customer needs
.

Develop and manage
product roadmaps
, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Drive
UI/UX strategy
and oversee client-facing digital experiences.

Qualifications
2. Business Analysis & Documentation
-
Conduct
requirement-gathering workshops
with business stakeholders.
-
Prepare and maintain
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
,
Functional Specifications (FSDs)
, and
User Stories
for Agile projects.
-
Ensure end-to-end
traceability
of requirements through design, development, and testing.
-
Translate business objectives into
technical and functional deliverables
.
3. Project Management & Technical Coordination
-
Manage project lifecycles using
Agile/Scrum methodologies
— including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
-
Coordinate between
tech, design, QA, and business teams
for smooth execution.
-
Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
-
Collaborate with
external vendors
and technology partners for system integration.
4. Testing & UAT Oversight
-
Design and oversee
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and
QA cycles
.

Develop and manage
test cases
,
defect logs
, and
bug-tracking workflows
using tools like
JIRA
and
HP ALM
.

Ensure product quality and compliance before go-live.
5. Stakeholder & Cross-SBU Collaboration
-
Partner with vertical heads across
Wealth, Advisory, and Research
divisions.

Act as a
bridge between business and technology teams
to ensure alignment on goals and execution.

Manage communication with leadership and ensure
strategic visibility
of digital initiatives.

Ensure products comply with
SEBI guidelines
and other financial regulations.
6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
-
Identify process gaps and opportunities for
automation
and
workflow optimization
.

Evaluate emerging technologies and
integrate digital solutions
that enhance efficiency and scalability.
-
Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories using
Confluence
or similar tools.
