Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Product Owner / Business Analyst (PO/BA)
to join our
IT Treasury and Partner Capital
team. In this role, you will work closely with the
Senior Product Manager (SPM)
to deliver key outcomes across multiple strategic initiatives. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the product roadmap, defining business requirements, and ensuring successful delivery through agile execution.
This position requires a proactive and analytical professional who can bridge business and technical teams, drive alignment, and ensure that product outcomes are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Product Backlog Management:

Own and manage the product backlog—define, prioritize, and maintain user stories with clear acceptance criteria and definition of done.

Group stories into appropriate epics and themes aligned with product objectives.

Agile Delivery:
-
Lead sprint and release planning, ensuring collaboration between product, design, and engineering teams.
-
Conduct daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives following Scrum best practices.

Drive the team through secure product lifecycle stages, from planning to execution and cloud migration.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
-
Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with technical teams, business stakeholders, and sponsors.

Maintain continuous communication to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines.

Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications.

Execution & Reporting:

Track progress against key milestones and deliverables.

Prepare documentation and reports for stakeholders using Jira, PowerPoint, Confluence, and Miro.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and process optimization.

Proven experience working in
Agile/Scrum environments
as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.

Experience in
financial software development
or with
vendor-based systems
(knowledge of treasury, capital, or equity domains preferred).

Sound understanding of
secure product lifecycles
and software delivery best practices.

Familiarity with
cloud technologies
, their architecture, and terminology.

Hands-on experience using tools like
Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Miro
.

Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Business, or a related field
from a top-tier institution.

7+ years
of experience in
product management, business analysis, or software delivery
, preferably within the
financial domain
.

Proven track record in delivering both
custom-built and vendor-based applications
in large-scale enterprise environments.
