We are looking for an experienced ERP Analyst to support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, the support team, and the development team, ensuring smooth workflow integration and optimal system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:1. ERP System Implementation & Support

  • Customize and configure ERP workflows as per business needs.
  • Install new ERP software on-site and remotely.
  • Provide client-side training, implementation, and post-implementation support.
  • Offer online/offline support for employees and clients.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and ERP support/development teams.

2. Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Understand new client or internal requirements and communicate them clearly to the development team.
  • Document all business requirements and solution specifications for stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
  • Evaluate business feasibility and recommend practical ERP solutions.

3. Testing & Solution Validation

  • Coordinate with the testing team during the QA phase to ensure all requirements are implemented correctly.
  • Assist in identifying, diagnosing, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and resolution of system issues.

4. Technical Demonstrations & Communication

  • Deliver product demos to clients and internal teams (e.g., Sales).
  • Provide step-by-step technical guidance to end users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams (e.g., developers) and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all support issues and resolutions.

5. Change Management & End-User Training

  • Help end users adapt to new system changes with minimal disruption.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients and employees to improve user adoption.
  • Minimize resistance to organizational change through communication and training.

Required Skills:

  • ERP System Experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Basic SQL Knowledge (ability to understand and run queries)
  • Business Documentation (BRD/FRD creation and analysis)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,024,471.86 per year
