Location: Candidates in the Columbus, Ohio and Jacksonville, Florida area are preferred; remote employment is also possible for candidates in Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas, and Alabama.

Compensation Range: $104,000 - $115,0000, commensurate with experience and qualifications

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our product development process—bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements, ensuring our systems and applications deliver value to both our members and employees.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success metrics.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather user requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, functional specifications and user stories.
  • Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Communicate business requirements changes, enhancements, and modifications to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on prototypes, process models, and system diagrams to guide development.
  • Support testing, deployment, and enhancement of applications.
  • Deliver reports and recommendations to improve systems and user experiences.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience (IT, Software Development, or IIBA certification a plus).
  • 3 to 5 years of related progressive experience in business/technical analysis, QA, technical writing, project management, or product development.
  • 5 years of experience with Agile methodologies, analytics measurement and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to write clear, user-friendly and technical documentation.
