We're hiring a Business Analyst to join a subscription based company in Idaho Falls. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on analyzing new products, promotions, and strategic initiatives. You'll work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to help drive smarter decisions and improve profitability.

We're looking for someone who's sharp, curious, and comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership. If you enjoy solving problems, building performance metrics, and turning data into action, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze financial impact of new initiatives
• Build dashboards and performance metrics
• Lead profit improvement projects
• Present findings to leadership

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in business/financial analysis
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Strong Excel skills (PowerBI/SQL)
• Clear communication and solid problem-solving
