Job Summary

The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements while ensuring successful project execution and delivery. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support the onboarding and maintenance of partners and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement effective business solutions.
• Lead and monitor project execution from initiation through closure, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Perform process mapping, feasibility analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support production issue resolution with the operations and technical teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, the DTI team, and external vendors for project delivery and support.
• Address partner and stakeholder escalations efficiently while maintaining service excellence.
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize business processes and ensure operational continuity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in business analysis, project coordination, or operations support roles.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in business process mapping, requirement analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Hands-on experience in managing UAT processes and production issue resolution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Understanding of system workflows, integrations, and incident management processes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or project management .
• Experience working in remote or cross-regional environments is an added advantage.
