Product Usage to Billing Insights:
Trace product usage patterns to billing events, identify anomalies, and recommend workflow improvements to reduce leakage.

Conduct lightweight discovery sessions with external stakeholders (recruiters, placement officers) and internal teams (post-sales, billing, growth) to align on problems, definitions, and success criteria.
-
Process Mapping:
Draft AS-IS / TO-BE process flows for key reporting and billing paths; document SOPs and data dictionaries.
-
Quality & Governance:
Own data QA for dashboards (source-to-metric validation, edge cases) and champion clear metric definitions.
What Success Looks Like (First 90–180 Days)

Ship a set of production-ready dashboards (customer-facing and internal) with clear ownership and adoption.
-
Establish standardized metric definitions for core funnels (application → assessment → offer) with a published
data dictionary
.

Deliver monthly
executive scorecards
