Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into clear documentation for development and product teams. This role will work closely with stakeholders to improve processes, optimize solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, Design, and QA.
• Conduct process mapping and identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Convert stakeholder needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Assist in backlog prioritization and sprint planning with Product & Engineering.
• Participate in system testing, validation, and UAT coordination.
• Prepare project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.
• Track project progress and report updates to management.
• Support risk assessments and change management activities.
• Ensure solutions meet business goals and user expectations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, MS Office).
• Ability to create flowcharts, wireframes, and detailed reports.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Stakeholder management and requirement negotiation experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):

• Experience in SaaS or product-based environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
• UI/UX understanding to support user-centric design.
• Industry certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PSPO, etc.)
