Business Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements.

- Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change.

- Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure they understand the specifications.

-Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, use cases, and process diagrams.

-Ensure documentation is thorough, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.

- Work with the training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.

Skills Required:

-Should have relevant experience with custom software development domain.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

- Familiarity with project management practices and tools.

- The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload

- The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
