Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. A typical day may include assessing the current business model, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to ensure that the organization’s needs are met effectively and efficiently, while also collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate the integration of technology into business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Health Cloud. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in creating detailed documentation and reports to support business decisions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
