Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in requirements elicitation , process analysis , and user story development , with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and systems .

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in both Arabic and English.
• Develop User Stories , Use Cases , and Acceptance Criteria to guide development and testing.
• Conduct User Story Mapping sessions to define features and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Model and optimize business processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, IT professionals, and system integrators.
• Analyze existing healthcare workflows and recommend system or process improvements.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–12 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst .
• Proven ability to work in bilingual (Arabic/English) environments.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering , user story mapping , and process modelling (BPMN) .
• Familiarity with healthcare systems , EHR/EMR workflows , and healthcare data standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP , PMI-PBA , BPMN certification ) are an advantage.
