Business Analyst

Key Qualifications
Experience 8 years of experience in business analysis in Order to Cash business for Product based organization - Med Devices, Covering - Direct - Consignment Dealer and Distributor business including at least 5 years in a senior or lead role with in consulting . Experience working in industry sector relevant to your company is a plus. Experience in LiveScience's and Med devices is good. Must have experience with SAP SD.

Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Expertise in business process mapping and process improvement techniques.
Advanced proficiency with BA tools and techniques, such as use cases, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in both project management approaches.
Solid understanding of data analysis, metrics, and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
Experience working with cross functional teams and managing relationships with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Tools & Technologies
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and other business analysis documentation tools.
Experience with CRM systems, ERP systems (SAP), or other enterprise software is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven experience working with senior business stakeholders, managing expectations, and delivering results.

Experience in working with APAC client is a added plus.
