Job Description: Business Analyst

Experience: 8–10 Years

Work Mode: Remote(Contractual)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive the end-to-end definition, design, and delivery of data and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical execution, ensuring impactful insights, strong data governance, and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for analytics and BI solutions.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and success KPIs for data-driven initiatives.
• Create clear functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science teams to deliver dashboards, models, and analytics products.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility throughout product lifecycle.
• Drive user adoption through demos, training, and structured feedback loops.
• Track product performance and optimize based on insights and business outcomes.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8–10 years in Business Analysis / Product Management / Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of analytics concepts.
• Expertise in Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven experience building roadmaps in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
