Job Description

Business Analysts will be responsible for collecting requirements from client and vendor for NAS products like Enterprise, Vantage ADPR, Vantage UVI, SDG, MR, Autopay with skill to work on Classic tools as well as the Configuration to be carried out in the said applications.

  1. Should have good understanding of HCM domain, Payroll and Benefits
  2. Gathering requirements from client and vendor.
  3. Should be well versed with the BA Tools and Techniques
  4. Carrying out Impact and Gap analysis based on requirement received.
  5. Creation of contingency plan and providing alternative solution to client and vendor
  6. Should be very strong in communication (written and verbal)
  7. Should have worked in Agile and Waterfall model
  8. Should have good understanding of SDLC phases and work structure
  9. Should be able to create Detailed Project Plan using Excel, MPP etc, keep track of it and justify the plan
  10. Should be able to
  11. Should have SQL, API, JSON, Manual Testing knowledge
  12. Should be able to understand the bug tracking flow (STLC)
  13. Should be able to perform the Unit Testing, UAT, write test cases, create test matrix
  14. Should schedule meeting with client and vendor for walkthrough of Functional Requirement Document (FRD), Business Requirement Document (BRD), SRS and Test Matrix
  15. Should be able to understand SFTP/MFT setup and complete the configuration
  16. Should be able to triage the issue quickly and provide solutions
  17. Help and support new associates
  18. Ability to explain domain concept to Development Team



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Implement Interfaces as a liaison between ADP and Client/Vendor system
  2. Understand the 5 Project Management process groups of “Initiating”, “Planning”, “Executing”, “Monitoring & Controlling” and “Closing”
  3. Experience in writing SQL queries with various types of joins for data validation
  4. Good experience with MS Excel (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot)
  5. Writing FRD, BRD, SRS etc
  6. Writing Test cases and Creating Test Matrix, Understanding of RTM
  7. Should be able to handle stakeholders (Internal and External) communication in a very clear and precise manner
  8. Should be able to create contingency plan
  9. Should have good knowledge and understanding about SFTP/FTP/MFT
  10. Should be able to jump any quick calls and provide solutions
  11. Should have worked in handling data, preparing reports using excel or any other data tool
  12. Should be able to train and mentor at least 2 associates on HCM Domain and Process knowledge

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology, BCA, BCS, B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent or B.Com with technical certification
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge on HCM product (HR, Payroll) functionality.
  • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and RDBMS concepts and Manual Testing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and Agile mindset
