Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems. Your typical day will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, while also researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to identify customer requirements and define future business solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions align with organizational goals and effectively address the needs of the business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions. - Document business requirements and ensure they are communicated effectively to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques. - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
