Key Responsibilities
Analysis & Discovery

Conduct business and system analyses for e-commerce, web, and mobile application projects

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and detailed process flows
-
Design functional requirement documents and user scenarios
-
Manage epics, stories, tasks, and workflows in
Jira
Project Planning & Coordination
-
Prepare project timelines, scope definitions, sprint plans, and resource schedules
-
Work closely with development, QA, design, and customer teams
-
Actively participate in sprint planning, grooming, and daily stand-ups
-
Apply both
Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
and traditional project management methodologies
Testing & Validation
-
Execute unit and integration tests; track issues and defects in Jira
-
Prepare and follow functional test cases
-
Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients
-
Ensure product quality aligns with requirements and expectations
Documentation
-
Prepare detailed project documentation (BRD, FRD, user guides, process flows, test reports, etc.)

Maintain up-to-date and traceable documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Go-Live & Post-Go-Live Support

Plan and execute go-live processes, manage risks, and coordinate stakeholders

Provide post-deployment support to clients

Offer feedback and contribute to continuous process improvements
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields

Experience in e-commerce projects is required

Minimum
2 years of experience
in business analysis for mobile and web applications
-
Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
-
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
-
Basic SQL skills and familiarity with data structures & database concepts

Hands-on experience with
Jira
-
Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Ability to prepare clear, structured technical and functional documentation
