We are looking for a
Business Analyst
to join a well-known Islamic Bank in Bahrain. The role focuses on supporting digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring seamless delivery of banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for digital banking projects.

Analyze customer journeys and propose enhancements for mobile and internet banking platforms

Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria with technical details.

Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure customer-centric design
-
Support AI banking initiatives by identifying use cases and data requirements
-
Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements to optimize efficiency.

Maintain product/project/test documentation and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements

Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration. Discussing with the stakeholders to align on the requirements and priorities.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information systems or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or fintech industry

Understanding of methodologies such as Agile or Scrum to support project planning and execution.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications:
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent.

Technical Know-how
Exposure to programming languages and database management tools is a plus.
