Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Process Analysis
- Work with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to understand current processes and pain points.
- Document “as-is” and “to-be” workflows (e.g., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, MRP/MPS, work order execution).
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Data & Reporting
- Analyze manufacturing data (WIP, scrap, yield, cycle time, on-time delivery, forecast vs. actual, inventory).
- Design and support dashboards/reports (e.g., in Power BI / SSRS / Excel) to give visibility into performance and trends.
- Validate data accuracy and work with IT/DBA teams to resolve data issues.
- Systems & Solutions (ERP/MES/Other Apps)
- Support configuration and use of ERP/MES and related systems for production, planning, and purchasing.
- Participate in solution design, testing, and implementation for enhancements, integrations, and new modules.
- Write test cases, support UAT, and help coordinate cutovers and go-lives.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve data quality.
- Support Lean/Kaizen initiatives with data, process maps, and impact analysis.
- Measure and track results of implemented changes (before/after metrics).
- Stakeholder & Change Management
- Serve as a key point of contact between operations, IT, and leadership.
- Prepare training materials, quick reference guides, and SOP updates.
- Help communicate changes, timelines, and impacts to end users.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications

0-3 years’ Experience in manufacturing environments (electronics, machining, assembly, etc.).

Understanding of MRP/MPS, BOMs, routings, inventory, and production planning concepts.

Hands-on experience with ERP and/or MES systems.

Strong skills in SQL/Excel/BI tools for data analysis and reporting.

Ability to create process maps, requirements documents, and user stories.

Strong communication skills; comfortable working with both shop floor and executives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
Additional Requirements

Travel: This position requires approximately up to 20% travel to other sites.

$75,000 annualized salary
