As an BA in the quality domain you are an expert in understanding and shaping the business needs and transforming them into user stories. You are the master of the backlog and are able to guide all participants through the development process.
Your responsibilities contain:
- Analyze and optimize business processes in collaboration with various departments
- Gather, document, and challenge requirements for your domain
- Conduct requirement workshops
- Together with the dev team, slice requirements into user stories
- Work as the team’s contact to the customer
- Plan and test the sprint’s deliveries
What should you bring along
- Strong people skills
- Proficiency in talking German
- Understanding German culture
- Experience with Business Process Development
- Feeling comfortable in navigating complex stakeholder environments
Must have [technical] skill
- Understanding web-based software products
- Several years of experience with agile development
- Expertise in Confluence / JIRA
