The Business Analyst will be a key member of the Foundational Platforms team and will play an integral role in designing and delivering work orchestration solutions within the Citco Group.

The Foundational Platforms team is part of the wider Transformation office (TO), which is multi-skilled team charged with identifying, building and deploying operational solutions leveraging tools from foundational platforms to emerging technologies. TO plays a crucial role in driving organizational change and achieving successful transformations.

As a core member of our Transformation team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver high-quality work fl ow solu ti ons that both our clients and Business Units can depend upon.

The Business Analyst will play an integral role in designing and delivering work fl ow solu ti ons within the Citco Group. They will work with mul ti ple and diverse stakeholder-groups from across Business Units to op ti mize and digi ti ze opera ti onal processes in order to deliver posi ti on bo tt om-line results for Citco

Duties in brief:

• You will support the execu ti on & timely delivery of mul ti ple concurrent projects end-to-end.

• Maintain project repor ti ng & project plans used by diverse audiences

• Support working group mee ti ngs for all assigned projects

• Contribute in discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solu ti ons; gather requirements and assess feasibility

• create solu ti on design documents that clearly ar ti cula ti ng Problem Statements; As-is & To-be states; UserStories; Proto-types & Success Criteria

• Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solu ti ons

• Perform all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing solu ti ons, RAIDs, reviewing deliverables, from execu ti ng to implemen ti ng change

• Work with stakeholders to rollout solu ti ons to target teams / business units

• Review product backlog maintenance and grooming to ensure projects are managed e ff ec ti vely

• Establish best prac ti ces / industry standards while designing solu ti ons

• Perform detailed risk analysis and repor ti ng

• Provide post Golive support for implemented solutions

About You:

• Bachelor degree in Management Studies, Business Administra ti on, Finance, Accoun ti ng, Economics or related fi elds

• You have 2+ years of experience leveraging agile project management to deliver mul ti ple projects on ti me and in scope in a fast-paced environment.

• Possess a strategic mindset and fi nd mo ti va ti on in crea ti vely solving problems

• Strong analy ti cal skills with the ability to clearly ar ti culate requirements

• Able to present solu ti ons to diverse audiences in a consumable format

• Ability to multi-task and e ff ec ti vely manage compe ti ng priori ti es

• Con fi dent in leading requirements gathering sessions

• Experience using Con fl uence & JIRA to manage projects

• Experience crea ti ng process fl ows, user stories, acceptance criteria, design documenta ti on and wireframes (proto-types) in order to clearly communicate a set of func ti onal requirements

Assets:

• Experience in the Financial Services industry
