What You’ll Do
-
Write and fine-tune
SQL queries
to pull the right data from multiple sources and turn it into meaningful insights.

Build and maintain
reports and dashboards
(daily, weekly, monthly) to track operations performance and key business metrics.

Collaborate closely with
Ops, Product, Tech, and CX teams
to drive better decision-making through data.

Use insights to
identify process gaps, performance trends, and improvement opportunities.

Automate recurring reports
and improve data accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time.

Support leadership with
deep-dive analyses, ad-hoc reports, and performance reviews.
What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in
support operations, analytics, or business operations
roles.

Strong working knowledge of
SQL
— you enjoy writing queries and exploring data hands-on.

Advanced proficiency in
Excel / Google Sheets
(pivots, formulas, data cleaning, etc.).

Familiarity with
visualization tools
like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio — nice to have but not mandatory.

Basic knowledge of
Python, Google Apps Script, or workflow automation
tools is a plus.

Understanding of
support metrics
such as SLAs, resolution rates, and CSAT.

A proactive mindset with attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to work independently.
