Role: IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed requirement gathering and translate client needs into clear functional specifications.
• Excellent technical requirement understanding to bridge the gap between clients and development teams.
• Prepare high-quality BRD (Business Requirement Documents), SRS, and user stories.
• Strong in Document Writing & Proposal Writing for IT service-based projects.
• Perform requirement analysis and suggest effective technical solutions.
• Provide accurate time estimations and feasibility analysis for client requirements.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure technical clarity.
• Work effectively with international clients and understand global IT project standards.
• Maintain proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience as Business Analyst in an IT services company.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication & analytical thinking.
• Ability to convert business needs into technical flow.
• Expertise in documentation, proposals, BRD, SRS, workflows, and wireframes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and identify trends
• Experience in Business Analysis, including eliciting and documenting requirements
• Proficiency in defining and evaluating Business Requirements and Business Processes
• Knowledge of Information Technology systems and workflows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, or ITIL) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
