About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in requirement gathering, documentation, process analysis, and effective communication with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Create BRDs, SRS documents, wireframes, flow charts, and user stories.
• Work closely with development, QA, and design teams to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
• Conduct requirement analysis, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
• Coordinate with clients for requirement clarification, feedback, and project updates.
• Assist in planning, prioritizing, and monitoring project tasks.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis when required.
• Support UAT, identify issues, and ensure proper validation before deployment.
• Maintain clear project documentation and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and documentation standards.
• Hands-on experience with creating user stories, wireframes, and requirement documents.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Figma/Balsamiq (added advantage).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in IT/Software development projects.
• Ability to handle client communication confidently.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
