Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support multiple active projects. The ideal candidate will assist with requirement gathering, project coordination, Jira management, documentation, and cross-team communication throughout the SDLC lifecycle. A basic understanding of technical concepts and strong organizational skills is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily project coordination, follow-ups, and cross-team communication.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and maintain project dashboards/reports.
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, reviews, and client meetings.
- Gather and document business requirements with clients and senior team members.
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation.
- Perform gap analysis, feasibility checks, and impact assessments.
- Manage Jira boards, tickets, and workflows with timely updates.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint preparation, and task allocation.
- Join client calls, document MOMs, and follow up on action items.
- Communicate requirement updates clearly to internal teams.
- Draft and maintain SOPs, functional specs, change requests, and release notes.
- Organize and maintain project documentation in Confluence or similar tools.
- Assist across all SDLC phases including requirements, development, QA, UAT, and release.
- Support QA in validating test cases and ensuring requirement coverage.
- Assist in coordinating UAT cycles, defect tracking, and verification of deliverables.
- Understand basic software concepts, workflows, APIs (high-level), and integration logic.
- Collaborate with developers to clarify functional requirements.
- Accounting or Travel industry knowledge is a plus.
- Read and interpret basic technical or functional specifications.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC and UAT processes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environments.
Languages
- English — Required (strong spoken & written communication).
- Hindi / Urdu — Preferred.
- Arabic — Added advantage.
