- Analyze workflows and business processes to identify gaps, refine operational needs, and recommend improvements for system enhancements.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and translate mission needs into actionable functional specifications.
- Work closely with developers and testers to refine software requirements and ensure solutions align with operational workflows and customer expectations.
- Support development and maintenance activities, including enhancements and defect resolution across software, tools, interfaces, and databases.
- Apply Agile methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups, Spring Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to support iterative delivery.
- Contribute to solution roadmaps by converting business analysis outcomes into clear implementation plans.
- Create and present demonstrations, workflow visuals, and requirement-focused materials to communicate proposed solutions and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Prepare Test Recommendation documents with step-by-step procedures to validate that updates meet requirements.
- Maintain consistent documentation and support team members as needed while managing assigned tasks independently.
- 6+ years of experience conducting workflow analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, and working within Agile frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, granted by the US Government, which requires US citizenship. The government also uses 13 adjudicative guidelines to determine an individual's eligibility.
- Must be willing to obtain relevant certifications as required by future client or contract needs.
