Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
  • Translating requirements into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams.
  • Supporting Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
  • Reviewing delivered features to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Assisting in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
  • Preparing clear documentation, reports, and process diagrams.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience using Jira, Bitrix24, or similar tools.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple requirements.
