Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join Wildfox Business Advocacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing data, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting business decision-making through insights and reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, business understanding, and the ability to manage and guide team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear and structured functional requirements
• Create reports, dashboards, and insights using Power BI to support business decisions
• Assist in business handling activities, including client coordination and internal process alignment
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Support team management by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in business processes
• Prepare presentations and documentation for management and stakeholders

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of business processes and requirement analysis
• Working knowledge of Power BI (data visualization, reports, dashboards)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Ability to manage and coordinate a small team
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
