Our suite of work spans extraction, transformation, visualization & analysis of data delivered via industry leading products, solutions & services. Our flagship product is Daton, an ETL tool. We have now ventured into building exciting ease of use data visualization solutions on top of Daton. And lastly, we have a world class data team which understands the story the numbers are telling and articulates the same to CXOs thereby creating value.

Responsibilities
• Well versed with Python/R, Excel, JavaScript, SQL, Tableau & Google Analytics • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to break down abstract problems.
• Expert level understanding on Google Analytics, Omniture Site Catalyst or any other Analytics tools
• Experience with setting up enhanced eCommerce in GA and auditing GA for gaps.
• Expertise in using A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely or a similar tool.
• Demonstrated capability in having grown conversion rates on websites and references for the same.
• Demonstrated ability to code in R or Python.
• Adept at putting together presentations and presenting to senior leaders with minimal guidance.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, email marketing tools and their capabilities
• Ability to coach junior resources and manage their workload.
• Proficient in spoken and written English

Requirements
• 2+ Experience delivering marketing, customer, and digital analytics projects for large organizations.
• Experience working on analytical problems involving forecasting, clustering, and classification will help.
• Demonstrated ability to code in R or Python.
• Adept at putting together presentations and presenting to senior leaders Understanding of Google Analytics, Omniture Site Catalyst, or any other digital analytics tools.
• Ability to coach junior resources and manage their workload.
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or statistics
