Business Analyst

We are seeking driven and detail-oriented Business Analysts with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our team. In this role, you will own and drive end-to-end product implementations for our Lending solutions, acting as a critical bridge between customers and internal technology teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of lending products and gain in-depth knowledge of Stitch’s lending solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand business needs and implementation expectations.
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured documentation including Business Solution Documents (BSDs), user stories, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Work closely with the technology and product teams to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and alignment on implementation plans.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, owning timelines, deliverables, and communication.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including end-user training and UAT support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Operations) to ensure timely delivery and smooth go-live.
• Identify risks and proactively drive resolutions to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Lending, BFSI, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• MBA in Finance (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of lending processes and financial products.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projects.
• Experience working in client-facing roles and implementation environments is a plus.
