In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, combining strong business acumen with deep ERP functional expertise. You will be involved from pre-sales and requirement discovery through implementation, go-live, and post-deployment support. The position requires hands-on involvement in business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing optimization of ERP systems, particularly within Odoo or similar platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional consulting activities for ERP implementations, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, business process mapping workshops, and gap analysis with key stakeholders
• Prepare detailed functional documents including BRDs, SOWs, functional specifications, process flows, and test cases
• Design ERP solutions using standard features wherever possible and define customization or integration needs when required
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and explain system behavior to clients
• Manage end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycles, including configuration, testing, cut-over, go-live, and stabilization
• Support pre-sales activities through solution demonstrations, effort estimations, and proposed system architectures
• Ensure high-quality user training, documentation, and adoption of the ERP system across business functions
• Troubleshoot functional issues during implementation and post-go-live phases to ensure smooth operations
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and business analysts, contributing to best practices and delivery standards
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and usability expectations while maximizing business value for customers
  
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of relevant experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of multiple business domains such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and design practical, scalable ERP solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• A customer-focused mindset with a strong passion for service delivery and business outcomes
• Experience handling ERP migrations, integrations, and multi-module implementations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
