Business Analyst

Collaborate with product managers, legal teams, and regional stakeholders to gather and document country-specific regulatory and compliance requirements.
Draft comprehensive L3 functional specifications covering:
Taxation rules (VAT, GST, service tax, etc.)
E-invoicing mandates and digital signature workflows
Legal document templates and numbering schemes
Data residency and privacy compliance
Maintain and evolve requirement templates for each country or region.
Conduct gap analysis between existing PMS capabilities and local regulatory needs.
Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure interfaces align with regulatory and business expectations.
Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements and validating implementations.
Track regulatory changes in key markets and update documentation accordingly.
Facilitate workshops and interviews with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., finance, legal, hotel operators).
Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements from business needs through technical implementation.
