Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Proficient in creating user stories, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UI/UX).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Critical thinking, initiative, and ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product backlog management, and user story creation.
• Exposure to mobile app development lifecycle and digital banking processes preferred.
