Business Analyst
who will gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into clear software specifications, and work with development teams to ensure solutions meet organizational standards and project objectives.

Bridge business stakeholders and development teams to translate needs into clear, testable software requirements.

Gather and analyze requirements through workshops, interviews, and process mapping.

Prepare BRDs, Functional Specs, and User Stories with acceptance criteria.

Define use cases, workflow diagrams, and data flow diagrams to describe system behavior.

Work with developers and testers to validate requirements and ensure proper implementation.

Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to align functionality with user experience.

Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and managing feedback.

Ensure requirements comply with organizational standards and DGA guidelines.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a BA in software development projects.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and its implications on project delivery.

Skilled in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools for managing requirements.

Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

Experience in enterprise software projects is preferred.

Strong skills in documentation, process mapping, and system analysis.
