Expert Business Analyst - Riyadh - Saudi National

We are hiring for a well-known governmental entity a Business Analyst who will gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into clear software specifications, and work with development teams to ensure solutions meet organizational standards and project objectives.

• Bridge business stakeholders and development teams to translate needs into clear, testable software requirements.
• Gather and analyze requirements through workshops, interviews, and process mapping.
• Prepare BRDs, Functional Specs, and User Stories with acceptance criteria.
• Define use cases, workflow diagrams, and data flow diagrams to describe system behavior.
• Work with developers and testers to validate requirements and ensure proper implementation.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to align functionality with user experience.
• Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and managing feedback.
• Ensure requirements comply with organizational standards and DGA guidelines.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a BA in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and its implications on project delivery.
• Skilled in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools for managing requirements.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience in enterprise software projects is preferred.
• Strong skills in documentation, process mapping, and system analysis.
