Business Analyst

Role Overview: Business Analyst to drive technology exploration, evaluation, and implementation of innovative solutions for our digital transformation initiatives. This role will focus on identifying emerging technologies, conducting proof-of-concepts, managing pilot implementations, and understanding consumer needs in real estate with a deep understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies (PropTech, ConTech, AI/ML solutions) and industry innovations
• Conduct consumer research to identify needs and translate them into product/technology requirements
• Perform vendor demonstrations and technology feasibility assessments
• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and project documentation
• Manage proof-of-concept development and pilot implementations through UAT
• Analyse project data and create performance dashboards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for technology adoption
• Support handover of implementation projects to operations team
• Explore non-tech innovations in construction and real estate practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years as Business Analyst or relevant experience in technology implementation
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and applications
• Experience with vendor evaluation and management
• Research methodology knowledge is a plus

Preferred Background:

• Civil Engineering or Architecture graduates with technology exposure highly preferred
• Experience in consumer research, user experience research, or market research is valuable
• Real estate/construction industry experience is a strong advantage
• PropTech or ConTech experience is a plus
• Candidates from technology/software industry with demonstrated learning agility will be considered
