Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Craft user stories and support sprint/product development.
  • Act as a bridge between business, product, UX, and technology teams.
  • Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements for mobile-first journeys.
  • Ensure requirements align with digital strategy, architecture standards, and regulatory obligations.
  • Apply understanding of mobile app best practices (usability, security, scalability, etc.).
  • Support definition of mobile-specific features (dashboards, approvals, notifications, authentication, role-based access).
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams on mobile journey design.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and functionality testing.


Required experience

  • 7–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience in corporate banking or transaction banking (preferred).
  • Strong experience with digital channels, preferably native mobile applications.
  • Solid domain knowledge of cash management products.
  • Exposure to trade finance (strong advantage).
  • Proven experience in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
  • Ability to produce BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

  • Hands-on experience or exposure to OBDX and/or OBPay platforms.
  • Experience with global system integrators or digital agencies.
  • Understanding of corporate client journeys, entitlements, and multi-role approval models.
  • Exposure to mobile security, authentication, and banking regulatory requirements.
