As we continue to expand our platforms and offerings, we are seeking a highly capable Business Analyst who can bridge product development, business strategy, and revenue growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with leadership, product, engineering, marketing, and business development teams to translate business vision into structured execution. This role goes beyond traditional requirement gathering, you will play a key role in shaping business models, identifying revenue opportunities, and supporting go-to-market and investor-facing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

Business & Product Analysis

  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements using interviews, workshops, and structured discussions.
  • Analyzing existing and planned business models, product features, and operational workflows to identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Translating complex business ideas into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process flows for development teams.
  • Acting as a central liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and QA to ensure shared understanding and smooth delivery.

Revenue & Growth Enablement

  • Analyzing how products and platforms can generate revenue through multiple channels, including subscriptions, usage-based models, enterprise offerings, partnerships, and services.
  • Supporting leadership in evaluating monetization strategies, pricing logic, and cost-to-value alignment.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to marketing, sales, and business development teams on positioning, value propositions, and customer segmentation.
  • Helping identify data-driven angles that can be used for pitch decks, investor discussions, and commercial storytelling.

Market, Investor & Strategic Insights

  • Conducting market and competitive analysis to identify trends, differentiation opportunities, and commercial risks.
  • Supporting preparation of business cases, high-level financial assumptions, and growth narratives for internal decision-making and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting leadership in refining business strategy by connecting product capabilities with market demand and revenue potential.

Delivery & Quality Support

  • Preparing and maintaining documentation such as BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams.
  • Supporting solution design by validating that proposed implementations align with business objectives and commercial goals.
  • Assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining business-focused test scenarios and validating outcomes.
  • Supporting change management by helping internal teams understand new workflows, features, and business impacts.

Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously identifying opportunities for optimization across business processes, product usage, customer experience, and revenue performance.
  • Using data, feedback, and industry best practices to recommend improvements that enhance both operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management Sciences, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar business-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis principles, niques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner.
  • Experience working with process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts).
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, documentation tools, or BA frameworks is an advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience contributing to pricing, monetization, or go-to-market strategy.
  • Exposure to investor-facing materials, pitch decks, or business cases.
  • Background in SaaS, platforms, or digital products.
  • Understanding of cloud-based systems and modern software architectures.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, or regulated industries.
  • CBAP or similar certification.
  • Multilingual proficiency.
