Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis. The ideal candidate should be strong in preparing BRD and FRD documents and proficient in tools like Visio or Balsamiq for workflow and wireframe creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare clear and structured BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Create process flows, system workflows, and wireframes using Microsoft Visio or Balsamiq.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, and clarification sessions.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables against requirements.
• Coordinate between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Requirement Gathering & Analysis.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on expertise in drafting BRD & FRD documentation.
• Proficiency in Visio or Balsamiq for process flow and wireframing.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
