Job Description – Business Analyst

Location: Thane, Mumbai (On-site)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Budget: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Thane, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of innovative fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

* Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

* Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and clients to ensure solution alignment.

* Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

* Create BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.

* Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming.

* Assist in UAT planning and validation of business workflows.

* Monitor roject progress and ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.

* Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

* 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in FinTech/BFSI domain).

* Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

* Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
