Business Analyst

Job Description:

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Location: Mohali (Onsite Only)

Industry Background: Must have worked in an IT services (Mobile & Web Apps Development) company

Key Skills Required:

• Understand client business requirements for web and mobile app projects
• Lead pre-sales discovery calls and requirement discussions
• Prepare:
• BRD / FRD
• user stories & acceptance criteria
• workflows and business rules
• relevant BA Documentations
• Strong in user flows, information architecture and interaction design
• Handle client communication during discovery and pre-sales phase
• Support solutioning, estimations and proposal preparation
• Coordinate with UI/UX, tech leads and delivery teams
• Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel (agency environment)
• Participate in demos, scope walkthroughs and solution presentations

Mandatory Skills

• Experience as BA in IT services company (web & mobile projects)
• Must be a Graduate (B.Tech (CSE)/BCA)
• Strong experience in:
• requirements gathering
• documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
• workflows & business rules
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) – mandatory
• Must be confident in:
• client calls
• scope discussions
• solution explanation to global clients
• Client communication and presentation skills
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) – mandatory
• Must be confident in client calls, design presentations and requirement discussions with global clients

Preferred / Good to have

• Experience working on multiple domains (SaaS, healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, education, marketplaces, etc.)
• Experience supporting pre-sales / proposals / estimations
• Experience working with remote / global delivery teams
• High – required for multiple ongoing global client projects and product initiatives.
