Business Analyst

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Jeddah, for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will analyze business operations, develop clear and detailed business requirements, and support the establishment of efficient business processes. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, creating reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between business goals and processes. The role also involves communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and solving business challenges effectively
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present findings clearly
• Experience in Business Process development and optimization
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools for business analysis and process mapping
