Furthermore, while Enerjisa Enerji offers renewable energy, efficiency, and green energy solutions to its customers via its Energy of My Business brand, the company also operates the first and fastest charging station network in Türkiye with Eşarj, the company of which Enerjisa owns majority of its shares.

What awaits you in this role


We are looking for a colleague for our Customer Analytics Team!



  • Initiating and conducting as well as providing company-wide advisory effort on analytical projects & studies to support well-informed strategic & operational & commercial decision making,
  • Analyze customer portfolio and conduct descriptive analyses that will continuously improve marketing impact and provide holistic insights & recommendations,
  • Initiating and leading cross-functional projects for strategic/operational/sales-oriented activities,
  • Work closely with Product, Pricing and Sales teams in order to lead target customer selection and offer suggestions for maximizing acquisition, retention and win back processes,
  • Support development and maintenance of competitor and market analysis,
  • Apply segmentation, descriptive and predictive analytics techniques to solve business problems,
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations and business learnings with a strong analytics mindset,
  • Present complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
  • Design and develop data mining, modeling and analytical solutions to generate data-driven insights,
  • Collect and integrate external data sources using APIs, web services or automated data extraction techniques (e.g. web scraping) to enrich analytical studies,
  • Collaborate with business and data teams to ensure analytical outputs are aligned with business needs,
  • Lead and mentor the analytics team, setting direction and ensuring high-quality delivery.


What we expect


  • Bachelor/Master degree or higher in quantitative field such as Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics is preferable,
  • 4+ years relevant experience in analytics, preferably in customer analytics,
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, SAS, Excel and BI tools such as Power BI,
  • Familiarity with APIs, web services or web automation tools (e.g. Selenium) is a plus,
  • Strong data interpretation and visualization skills,
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate both tech and non-tech teams,
  • Experience presenting complex analyses and making strategic recommendations to different levels of the organization,
  • Excellent level of English both written and verbal.
