Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an onsite Business Analyst to support software and mobile application development projects. The role requires strong experience in preparing BRD, SRS, and User Stories, working within Agile methodology, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Prepare BRD (Business Requirements Document) and SRS (Software Requirements Specification).
• Convert requirements into clear User Stories with acceptance criteria.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops (Arabic & English).
• Work closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, and development team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews).
• Maintain and refine product backlog.
• Support UAT and ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in software or mobile app projects.
• Strong experience in BRD, SRS, and User Story preparation.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Exp Salary 6:8 K

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
