Business Analyst

We’re partnering with a regional commercial bank to hire an experienced nCino Product Designer / Business Analyst to support Commercial Lending transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and Agile teams to enhance lending processes and optimize the nCino and Salesforce platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Lead business requirement discovery sessions with key stakeholders
• Write functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog alongside the Product Manager
• Drive process improvements and workflow optimization within Commercial Lending
• Partner with Agile development and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery
• Lead UAT, validation, and testing efforts
• Support training, governance, and enterprise-wide adoption of nCino and Salesforce

Requirements :

• 5+ years of nCino platform experience
• 5+ years in commercial lending (credit, lending, or operations)
• Strong background in requirements gathering, Agile environments, and process design
• Experience with Salesforce; certifications (Salesforce Admin, nCino 101/201) preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
