You will be the bridge between business and technology — translating the real operational challenges of a telecom and fintech company into structured requirements that data scientists, engineers, and automation developers can act on.
Translate business problems into clear AI, analytics, and automation requirements.

Gather and document requirements for AI and automation initiatives across telecom operations (customer care, provisioning, billing) and fintech services (KYC, loan origination, payment reconciliation)

Identify and prioritise AI use cases including churn prevention, fraud detection, credit scoring, and network optimisation

Define success metrics and KPIs to measure business impact of AI and automation solutions

Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows that incorporate AI model outputs and automated decisions

Support delivery teams throughout development, testing, and deployment to ensure solutions meet business needs

Business analysis (requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping)

Stakeholder management and communication

Experience in telecom or fintech domains

Familiarity with Agile delivery (Jira, Azure DevOps)
