Business Analyst

Typical hiring range is $6,472-$7,067/monthly (depending on experience). Position will receive annual raises of 4.5% up to the top step (steps 1-10).

Visions is seeking a Business Analyst who will work with Chief Strategy Officer and other leaders to help support special projects, analyze, prepare, audit, monitor, and perform complex work in the development, control, and analysis of various Visions information systems and data from these systems which may include Ordering Systems, Learning Management System (LMS), Student Information System (SIS), CALPADS, Lpad, PLSIS, Buzz, etc. This Business Analyst will provide project management support associated with various special projects and new initiatives. The position may also make recommendations for improvements to systems, create and update documentation, and participate on teams to enhance the systems, processes and workflows.

Experience with Excel, Google Sheets is required. Experience with project management and related systems is a plus. Prior charter school business operations experience is highly desirable.

In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days at our office in Gold River, CA and 2 days remotely. However, this will not begin until the employee is fully trained. Depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change.

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of increasingly responsible experience in charter school operations, business, statistics, project management, finance, information systems, marketing or other related fields
