Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, documentation, and communication for IT, business, and product initiatives. This role will translate business needs into technical requirements, design workflows, and support project planning and delivery using automation, workflow, and AI tools.Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Define system flows, software requirements, and interfaces.
Facilitate design and requirements meetings, and engage vendors as needed.
Collaborate with Product and Development teams to remove roadblocks.
Track and manage JIRA tickets, project timelines, and risks.
Ensure Agile processes and daily cadences are followed.
Recommend process improvements and enforce standards for documentation.

Required Experience

5+ years of Business Analysis experience on technical projects.
Experience with Agile teams, Cloud/Web applications, or SaaS development.
Strong skills in requirements documentation, workflow design, and project planning.
Big Data, API integration, or automotive/OEM experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and risk identification skills.
Excellent communication (written, verbal, listening) and collaboration.
Proactive, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; JIRA, MS Project, or LLM tools (Copilot, Gemini, Claude) a plus.
Scrum Master certification or training preferred.
