Business Analyst

We're looking for a strategic and analytical Business Analyst to join our team at Port Said IFF. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision-making in a dynamic international finance environment.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional solutions.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic initiatives.
• Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Work with investment, trade finance, and operations teams to improve workflows.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
• Assist in developing business cases for new products, services, or investments.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in finance or investment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of financial services, trade finance, or investment banking is highly preferred.
• Experience with process modeling and documentation (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required.
