Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 10+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will lead complex initiatives, analyze business processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements, improve operational efficiency, and ensure successful delivery of business solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Strategy
  • Analyze current business operations and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Support business transformation and digital initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a liaison between business teams, product owners, and development teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve requirement conflicts.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
Process Improvement
  • Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Recommend improvements using process modeling and business analysis techniques.
  • Implement best practices for business process optimization and automation.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support leadership and operational decision-making.
  • Present analytical insights and recommendations to senior management.

Technical Skills
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting
  • Strong expertise in SQL and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
