Business Analyst

What do we expect from 'Business Analyst'?


  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets using Excel and SQL. Track key metrics such as product performance, conversion rate, and stock levels. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Business Monitoring & Insights: Monitor product lifecycle and SKC/SPU performance. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support product selection, pricing, and listing strategies.
  • Process Optimization & Problem Solving: Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows. Support automation of reports and dashboards. Provide data-driven solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, buying, and supply chain teams. Align on business goals and deliver actionable insights.
  • Project & Ad-hoc Support: Support key projects and urgent business needs, ensuring smooth execution.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or related roles.
  • Experience in product development and supplier management; e-commerce or fashion industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong project execution skills to ensure smooth progress from planning to implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with key e-commerce metrics and strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
